The practice was involved in building individual houses and a small development of three houses in the heart of the small village of Stokeinteignhead.

The houses, by virtue of their location and context, have necessitated complying with traditional forms and materials required by the local authority. Walls are finished in a lime render and wash while the roofs are in thatch and slate.
