The project consisted of the addition of a garden room to a late 19th Century property linking the tiered, landscaped garden to the house.

The simple, carefully detailed pavilion uses high quality materials of natural stone, cedar and triple glazed folding sliding aluminium doors, which open onto a new decked patio.

Large Flushglaze rooflights increase the sense of transparency, but the quality of glass dramatically limits the heat loss normally associated with such spaces.
